You may register on-line at no cost to become a Bidder with the State of Indiana. Vendors do need to be registered to bid on and receive email notifications. Completion of the Bidder registration will result in your name being added to the Bidder’s Database, for email notification. The Bidder registration requires some general business information, an indication of the types of goods and services you can offer the State of Indiana, and locations(s) within the state that you can supply or service. Note 1: Different departments have different responsibilities. Local governments and a variety of state agencies regulate businesses, professions and specific business activities. Some regulations and licensing requirements are established by state law, but administered at the local level.
Note 2: There is, in fact, no bid list. To become a seller on a Statewide Contract, go to "Get on a Statewide Contract." You may also purchase the Comm-PASS Subscription Service in order to be notified via e-mail whenever a Request for Response (RFR) in your area of business is posted.
